These terms govern use of the BELTRAXON website and its quotation-request features. They do not replace the separate written quotation, sales contract or service agreement that governs a completed transaction.
Website purpose
BELTRAXON provides information about heavy equipment, industrial machinery and related services, and facilitates requests for tailored written quotations. The website is a discovery and enquiry service, not an online sales channel.
No online sale
Product pages are informational and displayed information is not a binding offer. A quote request is not an order, does not reserve equipment and is not a binding purchase offer. No purchase contract is formed by browsing, searching, saving, comparing, adding equipment to a quote basket or requesting a quote. A contract is formed only through the written offline documentation expressly accepted by the relevant parties.
Product information
Availability may change without notice and every specification must be confirmed before acceptance. Images may be illustrative or show the equipment at another time. Used equipment may show wear; operating hours, condition, included attachments and documentation remain subject to inspection and confirmation. BELTRAXON may correct typographical, pricing, specification or availability errors.
Written quotations
A quotation should identify its validity period, currency, taxes, delivery basis, included equipment, excluded services, inspection scope, payment schedule, conditions precedent and method of written acceptance. The issued quotation and any accepted revision control over general website information. Expired, superseded or unaccepted quotations create no obligation to supply.
Offline acceptance and payment
Commercial acceptance, invoicing and payment arrangements are completed through approved offline documentation. Payment instructions will appear only in verified commercial documents issued for the transaction. Users should confirm changed bank details through an independently verified BELTRAXON contact before transferring funds.
Financing
Financing is separate from the equipment quotation, conditional and potentially provided by an independent finance provider. Submission of an equipment enquiry does not constitute a credit application or guarantee approval. Provider terms, eligibility, security, costs and regulatory disclosures govern any finance arrangement.
Shipping
Shipping, cargo insurance, export and customs responsibilities, risk, title and any Incoterms rule apply only as expressly stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Delivery estimates are planning information and are not guarantees. The customer remains responsible for duties allocated to it in the contract.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, act only with authority for the represented business, use the website lawfully and protect account credentials. Before committing to equipment, the customer must verify technical suitability, site conditions, permits, operator competence, safety arrangements, emissions requirements and import compliance.
Intellectual property
The website, BELTRAXON branding, original text, layout and platform software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, manufacturer marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Users may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation but may not reproduce, scrape, republish or exploit the website commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Users must not interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, probe restricted systems, misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, harvest data, or use automated access that burdens the service or breaches instructions. Technical measures may be used to prevent abuse.
Third-party links and services
The website may refer to manufacturers, logistics providers, finance providers or other independent services. Their websites, terms, privacy practices, availability and performance are controlled by them. A reference does not by itself constitute endorsement, agency or responsibility for their services.
Disclaimers
BELTRAXON seeks to keep website information useful and current, but general website content is provided for preliminary evaluation and may be incomplete. Technical, safety, legal, tax and financial decisions require appropriate professional verification. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, remedy or right that mandatory law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory law and any accepted contract, BELTRAXON is responsible only for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of its proven breach. Liability exclusions or caps in an accepted quotation or contract may apply to the extent lawful. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including for fraud or other liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.
Business indemnity
A business user is responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims caused by its unlawful use of the website, material it submits, or a material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. BELTRAXON will take reasonable steps to mitigate loss and allow the user to participate in the defence of a covered claim where appropriate.
Suspension and termination
BELTRAXON may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a material breach. Accounts may be closed on request subject to retention obligations. Suspension of website access does not cancel obligations under an accepted quotation, contract or service agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the user and any different governing-law term in an accepted written contract. No particular court is designated by these website terms; jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and the relevant written agreement.

Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact page. BELTRAXON may update the terms for legal, operational or service changes; the revised date will be displayed here. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted written contract unless the parties agree in writing.
